Develop courses and facilitate training for the overall organization, including our global partners, management, and sales teams, to be successful in their positions.
Support the employees and management team training process, lead strategic training projects, and collaborate with process owners and cross-functional teams to develop and implement key learning strategies, goals, and programs.
Implements knowledge and skills assessments for continuous improvement outcomes.
Ensure quality content and project documentation, strategy, compliance, and administration on the LMS.
Design and drive sales programs to enhance revenue performance through sales workshops and live training sessions.
Collaborate with leadership to gain alignment and subject matter experts to develop sales training content.
Identify and track learning metrics to ensure effectiveness and ROI of programs, initiatives, and specific to sales training activities.
Facilitate weekly meetings with executive leadership and their management teams to seek feedback on new and existing training programs.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, communications, education, or related field.
2-3 years' experience in corporate training, content development, and/or related area.
At least three to five years in retail sales training
Skills
Strong knowledge and understanding of Learning and Development programs in the area of developing, implementing, and managing sales led and management programs.
Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
Proficient use of MS Office applications including Teams, Word, Excel, and
Strong understanding of HIPAA procedures and
Ability and skills to manage priorities in project planning, workflows, and
Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, to present program requirements to stakeholders effectively at all levels of the organization.
Knowledge of compliance with multi-state learning governance, and other relevant regulatory
Self-starter who thrives on the excitement and challenge to build organizational programs and teams.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel
Travel to the various practice locations including NY, NJ, CT, and PA may be necessary to carry out the duties and responsibilities of the position.
