Job Description
As the Lean Project Manager in North America over Lifecycle Services, you will implement Lean/Six Sigma business practices to increase growth, and empowered employees. You help develop transformation plans, delivering coaching on Lean/Six Sigma principles, concepts and tools, leading kaizen events, knowledge sharing, and identifying future continuous improvement minded personnel. Within Lifecycle Services, you help teams to evolve Rockwell Automations continuous improvement culture while sharing best practices and assisting to increase lean/six sigma competencies. You will report to the Manager, NA Lean Project Management and will be fully remote, working anywhere in the United States.
Your Responsibilities:
- Promote and lead transformation teams in the implementation of the Lean methods, which includes the use of multiple process improvement tools including: Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S, Standard Work, Root Cause Analysis, PFMEA, Control Charts.
- Lead teams to implement and use best practices across Lifecycle Services to ensure process improvements are institutionalized throughout the business.
- Positively lead teams and organizations through change, ensure support for resources change.
- Facilitate kaizen events, track progress, and assure appropriate strategic deployment metrics and goals are in place and being utilized by business to enable sustainable gain.
- Communicate to leadership teams on global initiatives, continuous improvement projects, kaizen status.
- Identify opportunities, scope projects and track benefits to achieve productivity, quality and service improvement targets aligned with our priorities, financial improvements, and customer experience.
- Stay current with technologies and Lean concepts through continuing education and benchmarking.
- Provide training of Lean/Six Sigma principles, concepts, behaviors and tools that enhance the existing culture to one of continuous improvement at all levels of the organization which includes mentoring others to become Lean/Six Sigma practitioners
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, finance, or business administration
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in continuous improvement activities with results
- Certified six sigma Green Belt
- Knowledge and application of statistical techniques and statistical software such as minitab
- Demonstrated leadership capability, change leader and driving project success individually and through others
- Black Belt certified
- Working knowledge of SAP CRM, PowerBI, Oracle cloud, SalesForce, Robotic Process Automation, Services Proposal Tool, ProMS, DCRM
- PMP, Project Manager SME
- Bronze certified
- Yellow Belt Train the Trainer certified

For this role, the Base Salary Compensation is from $77,120.00 - 115,680.00 with an annual target bonus of 5% of base salary. Our benefits for the US can be found here. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience.
