Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth progression of residential construction projects and efficient execution of all activities.
• Uphold our commitment to superior craftsmanship through regular inspections, maintaining strict adherence to building codes and regulations.
• Monitor project expenditures, control costs, and make necessary adjustments to keep projects within budget.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing concerns promptly.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and construction teams to ensure seamless collaboration and successful project outcomes.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues during the construction process, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience in residential project management with a strong track record of successful project completion.
• Solid knowledge of residential construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire project teams.
• Proficient in using CoConstruct or project management software and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related fields preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or move up to 50 pounds.

Full Time

Pay range: $60,000 - $75,000
