Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth progression of residential construction projects and efficient execution of all activities.
- Uphold our commitment to superior craftsmanship through regular inspections, maintaining strict adherence to building codes and regulations.
- Monitor project expenditures, control costs, and make necessary adjustments to keep projects within budget.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing concerns promptly.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and construction teams to ensure seamless collaboration and successful project outcomes.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues during the construction process, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in residential project management with a strong track record of successful project completion.
- Solid knowledge of residential construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire project teams.
- Proficient in using CoConstruct or project management software and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related fields preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or move up to 50 pounds.

Full Time
Pay range: $60,000 - $75,000
