- Updates spreadsheets daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Helps track and update company and department set KPI’s.
- Oversee daily operations with personnel issues and training.
- Must adhere to all FMCSA requirements as well as Company Policies set forth.
- Leads the implementation of new workflow processes.
- Audit all applicable areas to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Ability to handle escalated issues regarding expirations and completing reviews.
- Complete random driver checks to ensure drivers are following policies and regulations, placing equipment properly, driving safely, and completing pre/post trips.
- Capable of effectively coaching drivers to improve unsafe driver behaviors.
- Ability to keep a professional demeanor throughout reviews, phone calls, and in person meetings.
- Responsible for training new team members.
- Effectively communicate to all team members across the enterprise the importance of Safety.
- Collaborates with peers throughout departments in the enterprise, to determine needs and areas of improvement and help drive innovation.
- Investigates root cause of accidents through thorough investigations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Understanding of the Data Q process.
- In-depth knowledge of FMCSA regulations and CSA point system.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1+ year of experience in Safety or equivalent role in logistics required.
- Prior leadership experience desired.

The system will be objective and non-discriminatory.
Pay Range: $45,007.59-$69,574.81
Pay Grade: 7
