Job Duties:
Lead the QA team in Atlanta Office to provide technical expertise in establishing quality standards, test processes and procedures, reporting capabilities, and enterprise level testing automation for company’s software products in a cloud and mobile services-based environment. The detailed responsibilities include: Integrate, maintain, and execute automated tests in CI/CD environments to validate quality and performance; Lead the delivery and maintenance of automated scenarios and frameworks based on industry best practices; Report, track and determine priority of reported bugs promoting quality achievement and performance improvement; Ensure that appropriate records are maintained and that a well-documented tracking and recall program exists; Design and implement adequate tests and procedures to provide statistically significant controls for the safe product development and releases; Provide technical expertise to product certification team and products teams to create, troubleshoot, and improve existing automation scripts. Automating the PEGA applications with in-house Automation framework which is developed on the basis of Java, Testing, Selenium and Maven.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering related field plus minimum 5 years of working experience in software quality assurance.
- Demonstrated working knowledge/skills in the following technologies: Quality Center, Test link, Mantis, JIRA, Automation using Selenium Web Driver 3.8, TestNG module, POM/Page Factory module framework, Katalon Tool Using Java, Mobile Automation using Appium, Microsoft SharePoint, Mainframe and SQL server 2008, API testing SOAP UI and Postman and ETL Data Base Testing.
