Job Description:
As a Real Estate Lead Generator specializing in wholesaling, your primary responsibility will be to prospect and generate leads from motivated sellers interested in selling their properties quickly. You will engage in outbound cold calling to identify potential leads, build rapport, and qualify them based on our criteria.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to homeowners through cold calling and other Lead Generation methods to identify potential sellers.
- Qualification: Conduct thorough conversations with leads to understand their motivation for selling, property details, and timeline.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for our acquisitions team to visit the property and evaluate its potential.
- Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with leads to nurture relationships, address concerns, and keep them engaged in the process.
- Documentation: Ensure accurate and detailed documentation of lead interactions and progress in our CRM system.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the acquisitions team to provide comprehensive information and facilitate smooth transitions from Lead Generation to closing.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in real estate wholesaling to enhance effectiveness and productivity.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or cold calling is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient with a drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Familiarity with real estate terminology and processes is advantageous but not required.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
