Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential customers for our products and services. Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads
- Qualify leads by gathering information and assessing their needs
- Educate potential customers about our products and services
- Schedule appointments or demonstrations for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads
- Meet or exceed monthly Lead Generation targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telemarketing, business development, or technical sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Knowledge of technology sales is a plus
- Fluent in English; Spanish language skills are a plus
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly motivated and target-driven
