Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and direct Front Desk Lead Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional leadership and support to the Front Desk and customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management and be highly detail oriented.
Duties:
- Setting the professional standard for customer service
- Must be effective at listening/understanding the concerns and issues raised by coworkers and clients
- Must be able to work and understand financial information, data and basic arithmetic function
- Responsible for final billing and payment processing
- Maintain a clean and organized clinic
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the office calendar
- Coordinate projects and setting up trainings for the staff
Experience:
- Previous experience as a personal assistant, any medical receptionist, or in an administrative role is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in office management software (Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
