Job Summary
The Field ProTech2 Lead works to ensure the assigned technician team creates a positive customer experience. The Field ProTech2 Lead motivates and inspires the technician team by creating an environment that promotes personal development, positive communication, learning, training, purpose and bonding of team members. They have the ability to independently manage the assigned team, provide direction and training to maintain, diagnose and repair at a proficient level of all classes of equipment and products while communicating service department processes or workflow improvements and ideas to the assigned team and dealerships service managers. The Field ProTech2 Lead will consistently display abilities in leadership by taking charge of service situations or issues and help to resolve with the assigned team.

General Duties and Responsibilities
- Technician/Mechanic will ensure proper maintenance is performed on any ProLift Toyota Material Handling vehicles assigned
- Maintain adequate and accurate parts inventory assigned
- Perform the service job on time and right the first time
- Repair and service lift trucks and other equipment
- Promote ProLift Toyota Material Handling's philosophies, vision, strategies and value of "Doing the Right Thing"; Promote the TLM "Toyota Lean Management" philosophy
Educational/Job Requirements
- High School Graduate or Equivalent, Tech School Preferred
- Valid Driver's License
- Proficient with Computer/Tablet skills
- 2 years' mechanical experience preferred
