Victoria’s Secret Maintenance team supports material handling, mobile equipment, HVAC, and building maintenance to more than three million square feet of distribution space across our four locations in Central Ohio. We have sophisticated material handling conveyors and state-of-the-art sortation systems that are constantly evaluated and upgraded to keep our 24/7 business productive and competitive with a variety of work schedules. Your Role

The Lead Maintenance Technician performs all areas related to systems, buildings, grounds, leadership and to ensure that facilities and equipment are maintained in a safe and effective working condition. Responsibilities include performing work in all operational and maintenance areas, depending upon the immediate needs of the department.

Your Impact

  • Maintain and trouble shoot deficiencies on all material handling systems and building infrastructure.
  • Assists in training other Technicians and has thorough advanced training, practice, knowledge, technical and leadership skill proficiency and is considered an expert in all functional areas assigned.
  • Assigns and distributes work orders to ensure completeness in a thorough and timely manner.
  • Communicate and interact effectively with all customers, teammates, and management.
  • Responsible for daily productivity/accountability of assigned Facilities Associates and work orders.
  • Examines building interior and exterior and determines maintenance work needed.
  • Review all completed work orders for completeness and accuracy before being turned in.
  • Manage internal/external projects including scheduling and contractor/vendor interface.


Your Experience

  • 5-7 years mechanical and electrical troubleshooting in an industrial environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent, Technical school desired. Computer literate
  • Advanced knowledge of maintenance techniques
  • Ability to work as a team player in a professional fast paced environment and fosters team development.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Lift 70 pounds
  • Valid drivers license and a safe driving record.
  • Successfully complete pre-employment drug screening
