** The person filling this role must reside near and within a commutable distance to the New Albany, Ohio office location**
Position Summary
We are hiring a finance leadership role! CVS Health, a Fortune 4 company is hiring a Finance lead to support OhioRise, a specialized managed care program for youth with complex behavioral health and multi-system needs.
This will be a hybrid role with some work from home opportunity. Must reside within a commutable distance to office location in New Albany. The role will drive best practices within functions of responsibility. You will oversee the monitoring of financial functions that support the business units' financial plans, there will be participation in projects that impact all functional disciplines (non-financial) of the company.
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 10+ years financial experience including strategic and business planning, Financial Planning, analysis, P&L, reporting or accounting
• Industry knowledge of Healthcare/managed care, insurance
• Leadership and people manager experience
• Demonstrated proficiency with personal computer, keyboard navigation, and MS Office Suite applications.
• Travel 5-10% of the time. In-state travel requires use of personal vehicle. Have valid/active driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance. Some travel out of state also anticipated for internal meetings.
Preferred Qualifications
• Behavioral Health knowledge
• Advanced degree in Business and/or FSA/CPA
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Actuarial Science, or similar disciplines
Education
• Bachelor's Degree required
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$100,000.00 - $227,000.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
