The Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis collaborates with Navista business leaders to develop financial strategies and reporting to enable business decision making.
This is a high impact Manager role driving Navista Network initiative. Navista Network’s vision is to empower fiercely independent community oncology practices and their patients by driving practice growth, improving quality of care, facilitating access to technology & innovation, and boosting practice sustainability. This role provides an opportunity for an innovative, results-focused finance professional to support the development and enhancement of solutions that will enable our Navista managed services organization to reach its potential.
The ideal candidate should be excited to learn about oncology market landscape and the clinicians needs. At the beginning, this Manager role will not have any direct reports. This role will support some core Financial Planning & analysis activities including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. This position will report to the Director, FP&A.
Responsibilities
Support the development and enhancement of Navista Networks managed services organization.
Learn the oncology market landscape and the clinicians needs, and key drivers enabling development of comprehensive strategy that allows clinicians to focus on their patients.
Understand the goals and strategy of the Navista network and be able to contextualize it in financial modeling and reporting
Perform core Financial Planning & analysis activities including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
Provide financial support to ad-hoc strategic projects.
Provide guidance on tracking and governing project financials.
Collaborates and works cross-functionally with leaders in all internal areas to execute on projects and products identified as valuable.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience preferred
BA or BS
Proficient at presenting to leadership
Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
Able to work effectively in a complex matrix environment, with a proven ability to influence without formal authority and achieve results through people
Identifies trends and is able to synthesize insights for business unit leadership
Skills in problem solving and critical thinking, including the ability to identify and appropriately evaluate an alternative course of action
Strong financial modeling skills
Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint and storyboarding/storytelling
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, embedded formulas, and financial return metrics
Ability to travel up to 25%
Anticipated salary range: $102,000 - $152,985
