Compensation:
Expected Salary (New York): $120,000 - $150,000

WSP is looking for a Lead Structural Engineer for our New York, NY office.
Your Impact
- Design and analyze reinforced concrete, steelwork, tunnel linings, subway station framing, and other underground structures
- Identify efficient structural solutions and lead structural tasks
- Share your knowledge and advice with entry-level engineers
- Lead field inspection programs for of existing underground structures and new construction
- Lead the development of drawings, BIM models, specifications and reports
- Use analysis software such as SAP2000 or STAAD
Required Qualifications
- Minimum B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Structural Engineering practice
- Strong background in structural analysis, familiar with Structural Engineering software such as SAP2000, STAAD and spColumn. Familiar with CAD and BIM software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation or Revit
Preferred Qualifications:
- PE license
- Master's degree, doctorate or equivalent experience in related field
- Underground structural experience
