Form of workSAP Data Lead:
Key Responsibilities:
- Must be able to lead cross-functional teams to understand the landscape/processes, develop requirements, map data, and document conversion rules between source systems and S/4 HANA
- Ability to lead migration teams through an SAP migration implementation
- Prior customer-facing roles to ensure client management
- Must be able to manage time in accomplishing complex tasks while coordinating and mentoring data migration technicians
Required Skills:
- Proven ability in SAP Data Migration/ETL and 2 years in S/4 Hana Data Migration
- Solid skills with SAP migration tools and technologies. BODS, Syniti, IDOC's, BAPI's, LTMC etc
- Strong understanding of Data Migration Methodology (ETL) including profiling, cleansing, and validation activities
- Must have Syniti(ADM) training and experience
- Management and Leadership experience
- Must be able to participate in sales cycle, orals, RFPs, presentations etc
