About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Analytics Consultant within the Customer Excellence Data & Analytics (CEDA) organization supporting the Customer Remediation Center of Excellence (CR COE). This role in the Advanced Solutions team is fundamental to driving customer remediation plans built on standardized and repeatable solutions which favor our customers and improve accuracy, efficiency, and speed. The Advanced Solutions team is responsible for building and supporting these solutions. A sense of urgency, passion for results, and personal accountability for achievement is crucial for this role.
In this role, you will:
Advise experienced leadership to develop or influence statistical modeling, analytical strategies, and advanced data visualization for complex business and technical needs
Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring analytical application of industry techniques, advance data from multiple sources, and mathematics behind data analysis across the enterprise, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical, and coordination of highly complex activities
Design and lead complex projects, analyses, and application of techniques across the enterprise
Provide vision, direction, and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that align to the enterprise
Engage with peers, managers risk, compliance, managers across the enterprise, and serve as an expert advisor to leadership team
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
5+ years of SQL experience
2+ years of Teradata experience
1+ years of SAS experience
1+ years of Tableau and/or Power BI experience
Python development experience
Data ETL experience with SSIS
Experience in Financial Services working with one or more of the following data: Auto Lending, Home Lending, Credit Card, Retail Banking, Merchant Services, Personal Lending, Deposits, Wealth & Investment Management
Knowledge and understanding of incorporating business requirements into coherent technical requirements
Text mining/analytics experience
1+ years of Oracle experience
Audit or Quality Assurance Testing experience
Jira / Confluence experience
Agile (Kanban, Scrum) experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field such as applied math, statistics, engineering, physics, accounting, finance, economics, econometrics, computer sciences, or business/social and behavioral sciences with a quantitative emphasis and 4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: reporting, analytics, or modeling

Be willing to assist on high priority work outside of regular business hours or on weekends as needed
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, if needed
Ability to work additional hours as needed

Pay Range
$96,600.00 - $206,100.00Benefits
