Responsibilities:
• Proactive project management, identifying potential issues and identify solutions to help mitigate risks
• Conduct analytical and systemic thinking to develop solutions for critical projects / assignments
• Liaise with CMO and CROs for execution of project activities and documentation
• Manage client communications, client goals and expectations, periodic calls
• Manage internal communication between departments such as Quality, regulatory, supply chain, technical services, external manufacturing to keep track on tasks and deliverables
• Timely identification of potential risk to the projects, escalate and facilitate timely resolution
• Create executive presentations to appraise leadership on high stake projects
• Conduct meetings with internal and external stakeholders and facilitate discussion / issue resolution
• Create project workflow documents. Examples of such documents include agenda, meeting summaries, project timelines, PowerPoint presentations and Executive leadership updates
Qualifications / Skills:
• BS in Engineering / Pharma; MBA an added advantage
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in program management of pharmaceutical development (R&D) or manufacturing or late-stage CMC
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• MS Office proficiency
Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident of U.S. or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Getting vaccinated remains the most effective way to halt the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, and Dr. Reddy’s encourages all employees to be vaccinated. At this time, vaccinations are not mandated for Princeton-based employees but may become required in the future.
