Johnson & Johnson Financial Solutions & Technology (FS&T) is recruiting for a Lead Analyst, Enterprise Planning & Analytics Data Validation to execute key processes and deliverables related to the deployment of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) solutions under the SigniFi program. The Lead Analyst will be responsible for ensuring end to end data flows between J&J systems. They will support the execution of the validation processes on large data sets and provide business knowledge during testing cycles. This role will ensure completeness, accuracy and validity of data flows to meet the business needs in the FP&A environment.
The successful candidate needs to have a broad understanding of the J&J Operating Model. Extensive knowledge of financial reporting and forecasting processes is also required as the team's projects and initiatives will impact all finance employees globally who are engaged in financial planning and analysis.
Major Responsibilities:
• Analyze data between various systems to ensure completeness, accuracy and validity
• Participate in formal/informal testing cycles
• Help shape the Data Validations strategy to maximize business value and ensure success for the SignFi journey
• Drive continuous improvement of the Data Validation process in support of the overall finance technology strategy
• Work with large datasets using tools such as SQL, Alteryx, Excel etc
• Collaborate with cross-functional business leaders, ensuring tech solutions address business requirements
• Effectively enable finance stakeholders to deliver business insights
• Partner with teams across the SignFi project
• Work across multiple J&J Sectors• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in Finance or Accounting
• Strong record of finance, accounting or related business experience, within J&J Pharmaceutical/ Medtech Sector is preferable
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving, and systems skills are required with some working knowledge of reporting and planning tools and applications such as SAP BI/BW, HANA, FDW, TM1, BRAVO, Anaplan, AFO, Tableau, Blackline, and Alteryx is preferable
• Must be highly motivated, committed, effective and supportive team member, able to work independently, flexibly, quickly, and accurately under tight deadlines
• The role may require up to 10% domestic and/or international travel, based on employee's home location
The base pay range for this position is $88,000 - $142,600
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
