Responsibilities:
- Mandatory Skills: Senior QA test analyst with minimum 8-10 years SDLC experience.
- 8+ year experience in ERP, SAP S/4 HANA.
- Apply both business and functional knowledge and develop end-to-end testing strategies all through the use of quality processes and methodologies.
- Strong verbal and communication skills.
- Highly organized and with the ability to lead and influence others.
- Must have Working knowledge on Integrations and Business process on either OTC - Order To Cash Module or RTR - Record to Report.
- Develop/Write Test Strategy, Functional Test scripts, End to End Test Scripts, Test planning and data migration scripts.
- Work with cross functional teams, development teams on requirements validation, testing coordination and test data setup.
- Act as a subject matter expert on SAP testing best practices, industry standards, and emerging trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Utilize testing tools and methodologies to automate test scripts, optimize testing processes, and improve overall efficiency.
- Moderate level understanding of modules like STP-D, STP-I, BW and HCM.
- Experience in Agile methodology, waterfall methodologies.
- Prior customer-facing roles to ensure client management is preferred.
- Working experience in onsite-offshore model.
