Responsibility of the role will include (but not limited to): Being a trusted “thought partner”: Provide thought direction to leaders on critical technical decisions, best engineering practices, and testing strategies to ensure consistently high-quality products. Able to have transparent and honest conversations that accurately articulate any current situation but biases for a viable path forward. Simplifying the complex: ensure technical decisions make sense to the entire organization. Able to flex your style depending on your audience (executive to new college grad IC) Driving results through influence: Influence through logic from experience and research, not positional authority.
