Qualifications:
- Education: While formal education is not a primary requirement, we are seeking individuals who are enthusiastic and eager to contribute to our company's success.
- Experience: Prior experience, particularly in the laser or aesthetic medicine market, is highly preferred but optional.
- Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bilingual abilities are a valuable asset
- We anticipate that the selected candidate will commence their role in the first week of December
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage sales efforts in the designated geographical area of Orange County, visiting medspas, practices, clinics, etc
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities with dermatologists, cosmetic physicians, medical spas, and small practices.
- Actively seek new customers through various channels, including prospecting, trade shows, meetings, and networking events.
- Flexibility in working hours, including nights and weekends, is essential.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.
- Be prepared to participate in expos and events across the United States.
- Receive and process inbound calls, maintaining accurate information in our CRM system (training will be provided).
- Stay updated and knowledgeable about the products and services offered by Elightcare LLC.
- Be prepared to embrace new concepts and exhibit a curious attention to detail to ensure the delivery of top-notch consultation services to our customers
- Candidates with a creative mindset, a proactive approach to strategy brainstorming, and a proficiency in social media platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook are preferred.
- Candidates should have the ability to effectively post and communicate information on various social media platforms
- May be required to handle and transport devices weighing 50+ lbs.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Benefits and Compensation:
- Generous total compensation package, including a base salary of $66,560 along with uncapped, tier-based commissions offering substantial earning potential.
- The estimated total compensation for the first-year employee candidate exceeds $130,000
- Additional bonus opportunities based on plan fulfillment.

Special Training Program for Candidates without Related Experience

This program is tailored specifically for managers and covers the fundamentals of Laser and energy-based technology, as well as specific concepts applied in the high-tech aesthetic medicine industry. For those willing to learn and grow in this field, we provide this opportunity to gain valuable skills and knowledge.
Please note that part-time compensation is provided for the duration of this training program.
