We are seeking a Laboratory Point of Care Coordinatorfor our facility to join our full time day shift Laboratory team. We are an amazing team that works hard to support each other and are seeking a phenomenal addition like you who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do. We want you to apply now!

What you will do in this role:

* You will be responsible for day to day supervision of staff and reporting of test results.

* You will be responsible for performing, monitoring and reviewing quality assurance/control on diagnostic testing and for initiating appropriate corrective action on exceptions.

* You will monitor all reports for accuracy and appropriate documentation of abnormal/critical values.

* You will assist with documenting and evaluating performance of MT’s, MLT’s, Phlebotomists and Clerical personnel.

What qualification you will need:

* Bachelor degree in Medical Technology is required.

* MT or CLS (ASCP) or equivalent is required.

* Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience preferred
