Job Duties
- Warmly greet and assist patients at the front and back office
- Perform blood draws (venipuncture) safely and effectively
- Process laboratory samples accurately
- Assist with EKGs, vital signs, and other procedures as needed
- Data entry for research studies
- Provide clerical and administrative support
Job Qualifications
- Experience and skill in phlebotomy
- Excellent communication and social skills in spoken and written English
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks with precision
- Prefer bilingual in Spanish
- Prefer experience with reconstituting and preparing IV medication
The starting compensation for the role is $25/hr (about $52k per year). Depending on job performance, there is a possibility for growth.
The company pays for 100% of health/dental/vision individual insurance costs for eligible full-time employees. Vacation (PTO) is earned at a rate of 3 weeks per year.
