Kitchen Supervisor
Duties:
- Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the kitchen
- Ensure that all food preparation and cooking is done according to established recipes and quality standards
- Monitor food production levels and adjust as needed to meet customer demand
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including assigning tasks and providing guidance
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and specials
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in a kitchen or food service environment
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Bartending experience is a plus
