Kitchen Shift Manager

Firehouse Subs is not your ordinary sub shop. We are looking for a Shift Manager.

Restaurant Management Responsibilities and Requirements:

• For SM position, MUST have Shift Management 1+ years restaurant experience.
• Must have ServeSafe Manager certification.
• Fast and Motivated.
• Helping set the pace during lunch/dinner rushes.
• Managing staff of 5 to 9 people per shift.
• Handling customers.
• Maintaining food & labor cost goals.
• Run Bank deposits.

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 38 per week
