Restaurant Management Responsibilities and Requirements:
- For SM position, MUST have Shift Management 1+ years restaurant experience.
- Must have ServeSafe Manager certification.
- Fast and Motivated.
- Helping set the pace during lunch/dinner rushes.
- Managing staff of 5 to 9 people per shift.
- Handling customers.
- Maintaining food & labor cost goals.
- Run Bank deposits.
