Responsibilities include but are not limited to
-Managing day to day operations of our commerical kitchen.
-Ordering raw materials for the kitchen in a consistent fashion adhering to our brand ethos as well as COGs targets.
-Leading our kitchen team in a healthy and positive manner.
-Assisting in menu creation with existing leaders in the organization.
-Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards.
-Supervise food prep and cooking.
