Salary### Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our food offerings. If you have a passion for cooking and enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, we would love to hear from you.
### Duties:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure all dishes are cooked to order
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation of the line
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with catering events as needed
### Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team but would mostly complete kitchen duties individually.
- Absolutely no evening or night shifts. A set schedule of 6am - 3pm. Off every Monday.
