Kitchen Manager - High Volume

We are looking for an Experienced Kitchen Manager in Pawleys Island, SC. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the kitchen operation of a busy pub-style restaurant. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as onboarding and hiring new team members.

As a Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Running and operating a kitchen as your own
• Training and developing all staff
• Managing weekly, quarterly, and yearly P&L statements
• Performing other job-related duties as requested

As a KitchenManager, you will need to meet the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years as a High-Volume Restaurant Kitchen Manager experience
• Basic knowledge of computer software including Outlook, Microsoft, and Excel
• Working knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

As a Kitchen Manager, you should expect:
