Ride & Paddle is a professional kayak tour operator looking for enthusiastic, problem-solving individuals with a desire to further develop existing leadership skills in the outdoor industry. We operate on Siesta Key and at the Sarasota Bay. We are looking for hard working, motivated, passionate applicants to add to our team of kayak professionals. Other duties include work in our busy bike rental shop. We are looking for part-time and full-time Crew Members. $15 to $18, depending on experience and education. Bonuses, paid vacation and retirement available for tenured employees.
Qualifications:
- 18 years old or older • High school diploma or GED certificate
- Able to lift at least 70 lbs • Love for the outdoors
- Neat appearance
- Must be punctual
- Reliable transportation
- Team player
Preferred but not required:
- CPR/First Aid certified
- ACA Kayak certification (any level)
- Florida Master Naturalist
- Clean driving record
- Ability to safely tow kayak trailer
