SalaryAs a leading Solventless Cannabis Concentrate company in California, we are looking to hire new Sales Representatives to add onto our team! An in depth knowledge in Solventless (Ice Water Hash) cannabis concentrates is required. We are looking for someone who already knowledgeable in Cannabis products in California. Having existing contacts and stores is a plus. We are looking for someone with 2-5 years of experience in Legal Market Cannabis Sales. Pay is based on experience. We require a 90 day probation, and then provide dedicated offer based on experience and sales.

Job Description Includes but not limited to:
- Build a customer and dispensary list in California.
- Meet assigned daily/weekly/monthly/annual/quarterly sales goals.
- Willingness to train in brand and products.
- Emails, Calls, Notes - You will be keeping up to date with sales intake.
- Setup Sales invoice and email to Buyer. Keep up to date on delivery and follow through until order has gone through. Communicate if there will be any delays or missing items in the order.
- Comfortable public speaking to general employees, managers and customers.
- Contact clients via direct or cold calling.
- Speak to new stores, in progress and prospecting stores to gain a relationship with the Buying Manager.
- Provide weekly reports on Sales and Clients.
- Provide in store trainings, demos, events.
- Train and stay up to date on leading Cannabis products, news and events.
- Train in sales - Setting up a new customer and sale in system.
- Train in taking over existing sales accounts and boosting relationships and sales.
- Attend social events in the industry.
- Work directly with your superiors to work on plans to benefit the brand, products, sales and marketing.
- Must have knowledge of current cannabis regulations in California.
- Happy, positive, upbeat and outgoing attitude.
- Ability to self-motivate and pursue goals and tasks.
- Transporting marketing materials and supplies to and from office to storefronts/offices. Ability to be trusted to handle and manager market/promotional materials.
Requirements Include:
- Happy, Positive and Outgoing attitude at work.
- 1-2 Years Experience in the Cannabis Industry/Knowledge.
- Experience using a CRM system.
- Ability to take direction and execute.
- Ability to report and keep up to date with tasks and goals.
- Social Media & Digital Marketing Knowledge
- Ability to negotiate and communicate efficiently with store buyers and other Sales Representatives.
- Team player.
- Must have a reliable car. (Will be reimbursed for any out of office mileage).
- Must have a valid Driver's License with a clean record.
- Must have a smart phone.
Job starts at $20/hourly with an offer letter at 90 days based on skill level and experience in Cannabis Sales. This position is part-time (30-35 hours per week) until you have passed the 60 day probation period. Pay + Commission to be determined upon product knowledge, sales experience, training, pass our 60 probation period.
Job Base Location: LA County, Santa Barbara County, San Luis Obispo. Based upon training and events, you may be required to drive around the North Bay Area to meet and pop up at storefronts. This position also allows and offers part time work from home. At least 50% of the time the Sales Rep must be on the road.
Monday-Friday: Must be flexible with hours and wiling to travel in Northern California.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
