We are seeking a passionate and charismatic Wild Rose Brand Ambassador to join our team and represent our brand at various events, dispensaries, and promotional activities throughout the Orange County, Los Angeles, Inland Empire and Palm Springs areas. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for educating consumers, building brand awareness, and fostering positive relationships with dispensaries and potential customers. You will embody our brand values and showcase our products to create memorable experiences that leave a lasting impression.
Responsibilities:
- Represent our Cannabis Brand professionally and enthusiastically at events, trade shows, and dispensaries.
- Engage with customers and provide accurate, up-to-date information about our products, including their benefits, effects, and usage methods.
- Build strong relationships with key dispensary staff, budtenders, and industry influencers to increase brand visibility and secure partnerships.
- Act as a knowledgeable resource for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing personalized recommendations based on their preferences and needs.
- Collect valuable feedback and consumer insights to contribute to product development and market analysis.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitors to effectively communicate our brand differentiators and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support promotional activities, boost sales, and achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing presentation of products and promotional materials at all times.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the cannabis industry or a related field.
- Strong passion for cannabis culture, industry knowledge, and understanding of different product categories (flower, concentrates, edibles, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
- Professional and polished appearance, with the ability to represent the brand in a positive and approachable manner.
- Strong sales and persuasion skills, with a track record of driving results and achieving targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability, flexibility, and adaptability.
- Familiarity with cannabis regulations and compliance standards is preferred.
- Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.
