Lead Sales Associate - Cannabis

Stachs LLC is a subsidiary of Eaze Technologies and supports the operations of a network of

cannabis delivery, manufacturing & distribution facilities. Eaze, our technology arm, supports the cannabis delivery platform and marketplace that connects adult consumers with licensed dispensaries and products.

The Lead Sales Associate is a people-person who loves creating a welcoming atmosphere by providing great service and making all our guests feel comfortable by providing outstanding customer service and recommendations. They are responsible for maintaining guest service, generating sales, light housekeeping, maintaining merchandising, cash register operations

(POS) and loss prevention in adherence to all company policy/store standards.

Lead Sales Associates are key holders, responsible for opening and closing the retail store, handling cash, and supervising the retail associates.

Reports to: Depot Manager

Responsibilities

● Responsible for greeting guests and checking them in upon arrival

● Informs guests of specials, offer recommendations of products upon request (via telephone and in person)

● Operates in adherence with the Department of Cannabis Control

● Accurately and efficiently completes sales transactions, maintains proper cash and media accountabilities at POS registers

● Ensure that each guest receives outstanding customer service by providing a guest friendly environment, including greeting, and acknowledging every guest, helping as needed in product selection

● Maintain outstanding standards with ongoing product training – including product information, merchandise promotions, promo merchandise, and advertisements

● Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and facility housekeeping

● Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise; participate in receiving and monitoring floor stock

● Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and practices, including signage, pricing, and loss prevention

● Additional projects as time permits, as needed.

Requirements

● Must be at least 21 years of age

● Customer service oriented

● Clear written and verbal communication

● Basic Cash Handling Skills

Physical Requirements

● Occasionally reach overhead, bend, squat, kneel, and carry product, necessary for customer service, inventory restock, and store merchandising

● Ability to carry boxes, products, and other necessary store related items

● Ability to perform light store maintenance: wipe down counters, sweep, mop, vacuum, empty trash, maintain all areas of business including back stockroom, employee lunchroom, restrooms as needed

● Ability to lift boxes up to 25lbs occasionally

Expected hours of work:

● This is a full-time position

● Store hours are subject to change, but currently Monday through Thursday 10a-10pm, Friday-Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 10 p.m. – schedules are based on availability.

● Open availability preferred, must be able to work some weekends & holidays to be considered.

Pay: $17.90 - $18.00 per hour
