SalaryWe are a rapidly growing upscale Cannabis Company launching our retail establishments in the state of Ca. We are looking for qualified, enthusiastic retail sales associates to join our family that have a minimum of one year of retail experience.
Applicants will be interested in forming a long-term relationship with our company. Qualified candidates will be dependable, organized, motivated and passionate about their work.
A caring, considerate and enthusiastic attitude for the cannabis industry is a must.
Experience with cannabis products is a must!
Working knowledge of cannabis products as well as all current California rules regulating retail and medical marijuana is a plus.
Our sales associates will be challenged by sales goals set by management. We are looking for candidates that will creatively contribute to the success and expansion of our company. This position gives a self-driven and motivated candidate room for development and growth.

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age, have a valid California drivers license, have proof of US citizenship, and have at least one year of retail experience. Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply. Successful candidates will be able to assert themselves with varied clientele in a high traffic environment. Upholding California marijuana laws with clients and fellow employees is an essential part of the job and mandatory.
Core Responsibilities:
- Sell productively while meeting or exceeding the minimum sales goal set as per company policy.
- Drive the Customer Shopping Experience
- Greet and acknowledge clients with a friendly and engaging attitude.
- Assess clients’ needs by listening to their cues and recommending products that fit their personal style.
- Educate clients on product knowledge…”what’s new and fits your lifestyle”.
- Work collectively as a team to create a shopping experience that exceeds the client’s expectation as outlined by the companies retail standards.
- Uphold Values of Respect, Teamwork, Professionalism, and Praise.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor that meets both visual and operational standards.
- Adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and deter shoplifting by providing excellent customer service.
- Assist with stock related and housekeeping tasks.
Qualifications:
- One year experience in a retail/customer service related environment. (Cannabis retail experience is required.)
- 21 years of age with a valid California drivers license and proof of US Citizenship.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate a passion for customer service.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends with a minimum of 20 hours of availability per week.
- Minimum education level: High School Diploma or GED.
