- Responsible for transcription of conferences and meetings using AV reproduction capabilities.
- Photograph and transcribe events via digital photography upon request.
- Duplicate DVDs and other media formats as required.
- Operates a loan service of Government-owned equipment within the conference center for Government use.
- Assists customers and AV vendors with logisitics.
- Supports AV and VTC administration.
- Assist with technical support of all AV equipment in conference center.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
- 2 years of prior experience with configuring and running live events, including establishing sight lines, microphone deployments, presenter support, and gig worker assignments.
- 2 years of prior experience with technical installation of audiovisual systems, site preparation, and/or understanding of a design/build integrator organization.
- Experience supporting WebEx, MS Teams, and other video collaboration platforms
- Hardware experience with Automated conference rooms (i.e., Crestron, QSC, Shure, etc.)
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly.
- Ability to understand and communicate with the client regarding Broadcast and AV systems, equipment, or related technical issues.
- Maintains awareness of new and emerging technologies and their potential application on client engagements.
- Interested and has ability to learn and use new ways of working/using new technical platforms.
- Has excellent client management skills; can effectively set and manage customer expectations.
- Effectively communicates relevant event planning information to customers and superiors.
