Your role is primarily a SDR but will utilize your 20% of time on HR activities.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target markets
- Make outbound calls to prospects and introduce our products or services
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through regular follow-ups
- Present product information to potential customers and address any questions or concerns
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Experience:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential customers
- Familiarity with telemarketing techniques is a plus
- Technical sales experience is a plus
