Highlight is seeking a Junior Database/Reports Analyst in support of our work with USAID.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Assistance and Acquisition Reporting for USAID’s Office of Acquisition and Assistance (M/OAA)
- Responsible for Data Quality Reporting and Ad hoc data reports
- Administer and manage Oracle databases
- Participate in Data Modeling and design of the DatabaseDeploy database objects/changes to different environments including production
- Update SQL queries.
- Assist and work with internal clients to resolve data export related issues. ·
- Maintain database documentation
- Interact and collaborate with clients through ServiceNow tickets, emails, meetings and phone
Qualifications
- Understanding of relational database concepts, database schema backup and recovery, data modeling, and SQL development tools
- Oracle Data Warehousing
- SQL Data Analytics
- Ability to translate requirements into reporting elements
- 2-4 years of application development experience in SQL, PL/SQL
- 2-4 years of Oracle DBA experience supporting Oracle 11g/12c
- 2-4 years of Microsoft Office experienceService management tool experience (IE: ServiceNow, JIRA, Remedy, etc)
- Active Secret clearance
