Junior Reports Analyst

Highlight is seeking a Junior Database/Reports Analyst in support of our work with USAID.

• Responsible for Assistance and Acquisition Reporting for USAID’s Office of Acquisition and Assistance (M/OAA)
• Responsible for Data Quality Reporting and Ad hoc data reports
• Administer and manage Oracle databases
• Participate in Data Modeling and design of the DatabaseDeploy database objects/changes to different environments including production
• Update SQL queries.
• Assist and work with internal clients to resolve data export related issues. ·
• Maintain database documentation
• Interact and collaborate with clients through ServiceNow tickets, emails, meetings and phone

• Understanding of relational database concepts, database schema backup and recovery, data modeling, and SQL development tools
• Oracle Data Warehousing
• SQL Data Analytics
• Ability to translate requirements into reporting elements
• 2-4 years of application development experience in SQL, PL/SQL
• 2-4 years of Oracle DBA experience supporting Oracle 11g/12c
• 2-4 years of Microsoft Office experienceService management tool experience (IE: ServiceNow, JIRA, Remedy, etc)
• Active Secret clearance
