Required Experience or Education: 10+ years of experience working with IC tools, experience with querying large datasets or databases for conducting in-depth target research, all-source analysis, and all-source reporting.
Preferred attributes: Bachelor's degree or higher. Knowledge of ONI report writing, tradecraft, format and methodology. Russian language, analysis, or report writing experience. Effective collaborative skills for coordination of reports

Job Description: Operational Intelligence Analysis. Includes support to all-source and specialized ONI intelligence analysis and production to include topic areas such as: naval forces strategies, operations, capabilities, doctrine, and readiness; adversary (surface, air, subsurface, and C5ISRT/EW) operational and tactical capabilities; maritime security forces, or naval services leadership.
- Author and publish written analytical products focused on direct operational intelligence analysis. Production should include independent and stand-alone products and, if applicable, contributions to broader products in collaboration with appropriate partners.
- Assist OIC to ensure that ONI and partner agency analytic work forces are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to perform advanced multi-INT fusion and discovery analysis. Develop the tradecraft and techniques used to exploit that data.
- Provide technical expertise to establish an informal training environment to apply cutting edge technologies and advanced analytics, implement new intelligence discovery techniques, to cue/cross-cue, exploit, analyze, and disseminate penetrating analysis and knowledge of maritime threats.
- Conduct analytic briefings on focused area of expertise when required by the customer or U.S. Government COR.
- Attend Conferences and working groups related to associated mission, as needed.
Interview Considerations: Demonstrated 10+ years of experience with conducting all-source analysis and report writing. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate both orally and written.
