Work you'll do
- Lead, manage, and direct project teams on project deliverables within client budget guidelines (Fixed or Variable)
- Work directly with clients to prioritize projects/programs/activities
- Develop and create project plans that display project milestones in accordance with SDLC and PMP governance guidelines
- Work with stakeholders to identify and confirm necessary resources
- Conduct regular project reviews and communicating status of projects in both formal and informal settings
- Identify and Resolve issues that may negatively impact a project or project deliverables
- Seek innovative ways to remove project obstacles
- Monitor and analyze project metrics to identify weaknesses or problems and proposing operational improvements to ensure quality, efficiency, cost savings, etc.
- Knowledge/experience with Microsoft Professional Suite (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project
- Agile/SCRUM project management

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2+ years of full-time work experience in Project Management
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
- Ability to travel up to 75% or more based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
- Government Consulting experience highly preferred
- Project Management
- PMO
- Knowledge/experience with Microsoft Professional Suite (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project
- Agile/Scrum
- Continuous Improvement
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or related certifications
