Junior Marketing Assistant

In 2008, we went from being a private label manufacturer for major retailers and launched a chain of specialty boutiques where we carry our own branded label. We currently operate brick and mortar boutiques across various states and have an online presence. Job Summary:

As Junior Marketing Assistant, you will report to the Marketing Coordinator and lead the department in graphic design work and photoshoot execution. This individual must be creative, organized, an energetic thinker who has a passion for people and mission based core values. This individual must have an attention to detail, timeliness and time management which is essential to this position. Lastly, the perfect candidate has a true zest for life, has a happy, positive attitude and loves to have fun!

Duties & Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

· Design and organize all graphics for store events and print advertisements for global initiatives

Photoshoots:

· Responsible for creating a list of style numbers, gathering products that will be shot and attending the photoshoots with the team

· Assist with overall shoot production by overseeing and managing the entire process.

· Organize the assets after each lifestyle or studio shoot according to internal practices

Required Skills & Abilities:

• Experience in Marketing platforms

• Ability to promote a business, product, or service

• Effective communication and time management skills

• Self-motivated, organized, and effectively achieves team goals

• Strong ability to multi-task

Education & Experience:

• At least one year experience in a marketing-related position

• Bachelor’s degree required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
