The position:
AMEWAS, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and talented Executive Assistant (ICE-TEMPEST)-Junior to support Advanced Aircraft Research, Development, Test & Evaluation. This position is classified as AMEWAS labor category Executive Assistant. This position is not eligible for remote work; on-site support is required.

A typical day as an Executive Assistant may include:
- Provides high-level administrative support to the Integrated Combat Environment leaders
- Manages calendars, schedules meetings and handles travel arrangements
- Utilizes your technical expertise to assist with software applications, troubleshoot technical issues and stay up-to-date with digital tools and platforms
- Drafts and edits email, reports and presentations with a keen eye for detail/accuracy
- Maintains organized files and documentation
- Ensures efficient information retrieval when needed
- Prepares materials and presentations for meetings
- Ensures leaders are well-prepared and have necessary information
- Assists in planning/coordinating events, conferences and special projects
Must-haves:
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, with a track record of excellence
- Strong technical skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possesses an energetic and proactive attitude
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Possesses a high degree of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality
- The ability to maintain a DoD Secret clearance
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with DTS, DISS, Fusion and Navy Lift

Physical environment and working conditions:
The physical environment requires the employee to work in an office, sitting in a cubicle or at a desk, looking at a computer for most of the workday. Work is physically comfortable. The employee has discretion about sitting, walking, standing, etc.
The employee may be required to travel short distances to offices/conference rooms and buildings on site. In some occasions, the employee may be required to report to offices or buildings near the work site.
The physical environment requires the employee to stand, walk and/or move throughout the workday, often bending over and picking up items less than 50 lbs.
