This position will sit onsite 5 days a week in the Grapevine location.
What will I do?
Partners collaboratively with business units and other team members to meet recruiting goals.
Screens applicants and selects qualified candidates to move forward in the recruiting process.
Maintains Workday and excel spreadsheets.
Ensures a consistently positive and professional experience for each candidate by managing the candidate expectations during the recruitment process.
Support onboarding process for new employees, promoting an amazing candidate experience.
Partners with compensation and our internal customers.
Support special TA projects.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

What do I need?
Bachelor’s degree required in a related field, human resources, operational leadership, organizational development, or other discipline is preferred, or relevant experience in a similar field.
At least 1 year of recruiting experience.
Experience working with Workday or similar ATS system is preferred.
Working knowledge of all aspects of the recruiting process including; sourcing (LinkedIn/Indeed), candidate evaluation, interviewing, pre-employment screening, and on-boarding.
Knowledge of Excel.

Demonstrated success and willingness to manage multiple priorities and a high-volume workload that ranges from strategic to tactical in ambiguous and high growth environments.
