TITLE:VP of Operations, Innovation, and Corporate Development

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: CEO

RESPONSIBILITIES

• In collaboration with the CEO, develop, implement, and execute growth strategies for premier provider of product handling and site logistics services
• P&L responsibility for current site-based operations
• Provide leadership and support to multiple teams of highly qualified professionals and skilled laborers
• Manage customer relationships at the site and Corporate level
• Maintain safety and operational excellence by focusing on preventive, corrective, and predictive factors for continuous improvement
• Maintain and promote the company’s award-winning culture to produce a superior customer and employee experience
• Identify technology and innovation opportunities to enhance value

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Required

• BS in engineering
• 10+ years in refining or chemical manufacturing operations
• Commensurate experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Demonstrated ability to identify, promote and execute a vision of leadership
• History of success in managing people to achieve operational excellence
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable in plant and Corporate settings
• Willing to travel.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.

Preferred
• Master of Business Administration
• Knowledgeable in site-based logistics e.g. rail, truck, marine, warehouse, tank farm
• Experience directing multiple high-performing teams
