As a Corporate Recruiter on the Talent Acquisition team, a typical day for you will include:

• Posting all open job requisitions and interview/phone screen all potential candidates
• Scheduling interviews with business partners and ensuring proper use of interview guides.
• Performing job and task analysis as needed to document job requirements and objectives; maintain up-to-date job descriptions that are reflective of all active positions.
• Successfully communicating and working with brand presidents, officers, external contacts, and internal departments to perform responsibilities.

(Required qualifications)

• Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruiting required
• Skills: Strong recruiting skills/experience, familiarity with a web based ATS (preferably Workday), solid analytical skills
• Education: Bachelor's Degree required

• Schedule / in-office requirements: Monday-Friday
