Job Summary:
The Junior Appointment Coordinator is responsible for contacting and qualifying inbound leads, as well as scheduling appointments on property appointments for our ADU Experts. They need to be friendly and high energy while engaging with prospects on the phone or via text, follow a system to qualify inbound leads, and make sure that they can build, and schedule appointments for ADU Experts for an in-person site visit at their property. They will work closely with the marketing/sales team to meet company goals and objectives.
- Job Summary: $20/hr - $22/hr + $50 per job that closes from an appt they set paid during the commission period 60 days after the job closes. Must be available Wednesday through Sunday
Duties/Responsibilities:
● Ensure each prospective client, and potential customer has a incredible experience with our company.
● Adequately explain the products and services to prospective customers when making appointments.
● Take the initiative to learn about the company and grow within the role
● Following a script and system to be as successful as possible.
● Effectively manage the sales team schedules to reach weekly and monthly appointment goals.
● Work in a team environment to collectively hit appointment goals!
● Field incoming phone calls and convert them more to appointments
● Follow the instructions and recommendations of our senior Appointment Coordinators and
Appointment Team Manager.
● Develop and distribute reports of each day’s appointments
● Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
● Possess excellent communication skills
● Have outstanding product knowledge (training will be provided)
● Demonstrate ability to be self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
● Consistent precision, accuracy, and quality of work are imperative
● Possess excellent verbal/written English communication skills
● Good typing and phone skills
● Must be able to work independently with a positive attitude
Education and Experience:
● An associate's degree or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
● One to five years of experience in a customer service role is preferred
● Experience with sales is a plus
Physical Requirements:
● Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.
● Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
