Front Office Coordinator Receptionist / Appointment Scheduler

Growing Fertility Clinic is seeking a Full Time Front Office Coordinator to greet and schedule patients. Must be punctual, friendly, detail oriented and display great customer service. Hotel or Office Customer Service experience a plus, Medical Office experience preferred. Must be able to work as a team. Duties include new patient care, phones, scheduling, filing, and other related duties. Position is full time Monday- Friday with occasional Saturdays (half days if needed). Medical, Dental, Vision and 401K are offered.
