Appointment Coordinator

Patient liaison
Serving patients over the phone and in person
Schedule patient appointments for hygiene, emergencies and consultations
Partner with treatment coordinator to ensure effective scheduling and scheduling to provider goals
Present new patients in morning huddle so the team can be prepared to deliver a great first impression
Contact insurance companies to obtain insurance breakdowns
Manage/respond to the voicemails, texts and emails

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday 7:30am-4pm
