SalaryWe are looking for an Appointment Coordinator front office staff for our well-established, happy, and friendly team in San Rafael. Individuals with 3 or more years of dental front office experience are welcomed to apply. Experience with dental insurance is a plus. We are a small privately owned practice with one doctor and an exceptionally strong hygiene program. We are a Dentrix office with digital xrays and IO cameras. Many of our staff have been with the office for more than 20 years! Many of the patients have been with the office for even longer and have strong personal connections with us. We value kindness, empathy, reliability, and a strong work ethic. Our staff is small, and we take care of each other. We strive to create an environment where patients feel taken care of. We listen to their concerns and emphasize their comfort and understanding of the procedures.
We are looking for a warm person with a knack for customer service and excellent people skills.
The office is in a medical building with shaded parking in the basement. We are also right off the freeway. We have a staff lounge with a small kitchen and individual cubbies. Lunch is one hour.
Days available are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. We take Thursdays off. We see patients from 8-5 and hours are 7:30 - 5:30. We are also open one Saturday a month for a half day.
