Junior Accountant

Job Description:

The PayOli Solar Junior Accountant will be crucial in the team's financial management and will be capable of maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records/transactions. They will produce financial statements and other reports for managers, prepare bank deposits, and be responsible for accounts payables and receivables.

Responsibilities:

• Use bookkeeping software, spreadsheets, and databases to maintain financial or account records.
• Enter financial transactions into the appropriate computer software
• Execute sales or other financial transactions.
• Receive and record cash, checks, and vouchers
• Verify the accuracy of financial or transactional data.
• Produce reports, such as balance sheets (costs compared with income), income statements, and totals by account
• Reconcile or note and report any differences they find in the records
• Compile data and document transactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1 - 2 years of experience as a Junior Accountant or in a similar role.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking, and the analysis and reporting of financial data.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or Certified Public Bookkeeper (CPB) certifications are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time - Remote.

Location: Miami, FL.

Schedule: Monday to Friday - 8h workday.

Salary: $60,000 to 70,000.00 per year
