Job Title:Junior Event Assistant
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Event Assistant to join our team. The Junior Event Assistant will work closely with the event management team to support the planning, coordination, and execution of various events. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and organization of events from conception to completion.
- Provide administrative support, including managing RSVP lists, coordinating schedules, and handling inquiries.
- Assist with venue selection, vendor coordination, and negotiation of contracts.
- Assist with on-site event setup, including arranging seating, signage, and audiovisual equipment.
- Assist in managing event logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and guest registration.
- Provide on-site support during events, including attendee assistance, troubleshooting, and managing event flow.
- Assist in post-event activities, such as collecting feedback, analyzing event metrics, and preparing event reports.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm creative ideas and solutions for enhancing event experiences.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management software is preferred.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and quality.
