Innevape has an immediate opening for a full time Junior Accountant with QuickBooks and ERP (Datacor) experience. This position requires an enthusiastic quick learner, a problem solver, reconciliation skills. In addition, successful candidate will be extremely detail oriented with excellent communication skills, dependable and work well in a casual but fast-paced environment.

The Junior Accountant will be responsible for general bookkeeping and accounting related duties. This person will also be working directly with the Financial Controller to ensure all tasks are performed in a timely manner and within the parameters of the procedures set in place.

Responsibilities will include:

• assisting with processing and generating monthly financials
• assisting in month end closing for properties
• processing receivables / scanning in checks for deposits
• full cycle accounts payables
• processing vendor inquiries and maintaining vendor files maintain weekly and monthly bank reconciliations.
• complete monthly revenue reconciliations
• distribute and organize monthly financials.
• prepare and issue payment for yearly property taxes.
• prepare and submit quarterly sales tax.
• process and issue payment for distribution payments
• maintain accounting related spreadsheets.
• verify new vendor documentation.
• credit card reconciliations,
• assist in administrative duties for the corporate office
  Job Duties Include:

Accounts Receivable:
Collections: Contact clients regarding overdue payments and follow up to ensure timely collection. Negotiate payment plans and terms with clients as necessary.
Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
Assist in Financial Recordkeeping: Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system. Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals.
Support Month-End Close: Assist in the preparation of month-end and year-end financial statements. Perform reconciliations of bank accounts and other general ledger accounts.
Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, compile, and analyze data from our ERP software.
