M
- onitor and ensure completion of new hire checklist items.M
- aintain site Learning Management Systems including uploading new or replacement training PPTs, adding manual training rosters to learning plans, creating a matrix of courses offered, how the course should be delivered, initial or repeating, etc.D
- evelop, manage, and lead the onboard training for new technicians. Ensure all Baseline OSHA related Medical Surveillance is scheduled and completed.D
- evelop/deliver training programs to meet site needs, benchmarking and reapplying systems, assessing current performance, and recommending improvements.W
- ork with Operations Leadership to help develop training documents.E
- nsure compliance with all legally mandated training requirements (OSHA, Federal, State).D
- WS ORG Center of Excellence member.D
- rive site engagement efforts.U
- pdate and maintain various employee communications (Digital Communication Boards, announcements, etc.).R
- esponsible for various weekly and monthly reports.R
- esponsible for tasks associated with terminations and assist with organization changes in HRIS.A
- ssist with HR related initiatives and activities (e.g. employee recognitions, benefits enrollment, site town hall meetings, etc.).
